It sees defensive resources you skip: interpolations, zwischenzugs, and the extra attacker you did not count.

Stop playing hope chess. If a combination needs them to miss a recapture, it is not the best move.
Improve your worst piece and fix pawn weaknesses before you attack. The engine’s best move at this level is often prophylactic.
