It calculates short tactics more reliably than the earlier bots. Quiet blunders still happen, but they are rarer.

Before every move, ask whether your king and queen share a knight-fork square. If they do, move one of them.
Trade when you are up material. Club Captain is more dangerous in a messy middlegame than in a clean extra-pawn ending.
